- Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries.
- Actively seeking feedback from our customer and find their pain points to offer our solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain functionalities to customers, ensuring clear understanding.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer value.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Diploma Degree/bachelor's degree in communication or management
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in Account Manager / Business Development / Cust. Success
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative
- Proven hunter mentality with a proactive approach to discovering new opportunities.
