Customer Support Agent (English Speaking)

TLDR

Provide first-line English-speaking support to a global gaming community from a fully remote, international team.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming emails and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality and empathy.
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer support workflows and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the support function.
  • Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a similar client-facing role.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented and customer-first mindset.
    • Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
    • Passion for gaming is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Candidates located near the CET time zone are preferred.
