Customer Support Specialist - Italian

Provide multilingual customer support for a blockchain/AI fintech, handling inquiries on social media and chat and coordinating with technical teams to improve service.

What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, offering effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g technical support) to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Working hours 4AM-4PM UTC+4 timezone Monday-Sunday


What we’re looking for

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent Italian and English language both spoken and written
  • Crypto knowledge and expertise nice to have
  • Live translation skills nice to have
