Location: Remote. P/T or F/T
Reports to: Sales Manager
Compensation: Base + Commission.
Overview:
We seek a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will make outbound calls to potential customers and set appointments. This is a commission-based role with an hourly wage component. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold and warm calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Process work-orders
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
Requirements:
