WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for Data Analysts to join our analytics team to help us take a data-driven approach to
growth. We are looking for someone to work on analytics of the MoneyLion Rewards Program. This
will entail a deep understanding of the MoneyLion rewards program and taking a hands-on approach to
tracking, experimentation, and optimization. For details about our rewards program, please click here
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with a Product Manager on the MoneyLion Rewards Program
Be an organizational expert on our tracking tools; educate and evangelize a data-driven approach
throughout the user experience
Continue to develop our in-house marketing analytics tools
Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts and understand key drivers
Perform ad-hoc data studies based on requirements from management
Work with the senior management team to support decisions with data
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years analytical experience
Experience working with databases (e.g. MongoDB,PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, etc)
Knowledge of R, Python
Experience using and integrating with third-party RESTful APIs and tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Google
Analytics,Taplytics, etc)
