Responsibilities :
- Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse
- Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics.
- Root cause analysis for unhealthy trends, unexpected metrics etc.
- Opportunity cost analysis for upcoming projects.
- Working closely with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making.
- Building and maintaining frameworks for critical business metrics / reports and data quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute
- 2+ Years of experience in relevant role
Must have :
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and Python.
Good to have :
- Understanding of distributed technologies like Presto or Hive or Redshift etc
- Experience in data modelling and data warehouse concepts.
- Ability to break down problems into components that can be collaboratively solved.
- Experience in analysing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
Retail/E-tail domain experience - pricing, inventory, supply-chain, conversion etc - is a big plus
