To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

Drive and Grow Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services.

 This team uses machine-learning algorithms to solve various business problems by developing statistical models/scorecards. Also, monitor, recalibrate and redevelop as per requirement. Business context alignment, data-wrangling, innovative feature/attribute creation through thorough understanding of business

1.Setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards for management information with actionable insights.

2.Preparing transaction reports on a daily basis, tracking parameters and identifying business trends proactively

3.Writing / editing SQL queries on a day duty basis for regular reports and performing data analysis on a regular basis

4.Automating the regular reports using multiple tools and coordinating with different teams. Should be an expert in Excel

1. Strong understanding into Python, SQL and Machine Learning

2. Flexible to work on Large raw data

3. Expert in MS Excel

4. Creating new reports, smooth process of analytics and MIS. Analyse data and share all findings for business growth.

5. Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand and interpret data within the context of business.

6. Specialist in use of SQL, excel and python/ R and Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

7. Proficiency in spoken and written English

Education - Graduation or Post-Graduation in Mathematics / Statistics required
