You will help us establish data science as a pillar of Wonder

We have plenty of data from our users: who they speak to, how they move around, what their conversational preferences are, etc. We have made the first steps towards using that data to inform our product decisions, but we need to go much further. You role will be to do what is necessary to give data science a seat at the table. 

As part of that team, you will:

• Structure our database to build a solid foundation for data analysis
• Proactively find ways to analyse our data to derive insights on
  • User groups and user behaviour
  • The effect of new features or changes to the app
  • Viral dynamics of the app
• Develop a recommendations engine to improve the product experience
  • Derive user preferences from social behaviour
  • Identify relationships in our network of users
  • Recommend content or conversation partners
• Promote a data-driven culture in our team
