Demand Generation Associate
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Associate who is ready to join our Global Demand Generation Team. This role is built for a versatile marketer who can own their own projects from start to finish while also serving as a go-to resource for the broader team on a variety of initiatives.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects while also owning your own campaigns: one day you’ll be leading the charge on a global webinar; the next, you’ll be hopping into Marketo to help a teammate launch a campaign, or syncing with our agency to drive lead gen programs.
The Day-to-Day
Own the Campaign Lifecycle: You’ll be the project owner for marketing pushes. This means taking a rough idea (like a new content launch), building out a launch plan, working with cross functional teams to gather all the assets, launch in market, and report on results.
Collaborate Everywhere: You’ll act as a bridge between our internal teams (Creative, Content, and Operations) and our external media agency to make sure campaigns launch on time and drive results to meet our team’s commitment to revenue goals.
Master of Digital Experience: You’ll work with our Marketing Ops and Web leads to enhance the digital experience. From supporting the technical setup of a campaign in Marketo to developing connection points between an email newsletter and binging content, you’ll help increase time on site and convert prospects into customers.
Keep the Engine Running: You'll support various team-wide initiatives and bring a willingness to learn to every project.
Who You Are
A "Swiss Army Knife" Marketer: You have a solid marketing foundation but aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the technical weeds of a CRM or MAP.
Naturally Organized: You don’t need a reminder to check a deadline. You enjoy the process of keeping multiple projects moving forward at once and keeping stakeholders in the loop.
A Team Player: You’re just as happy leading your own high-visibility campaign as you are jumping in to help a teammate.
Detail-Focused: You’re the person who catches the broken link or the weird formatting in a mobile preview before it goes live.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in demand gen, marketing ops, or a similar digital marketing role.
Hands-on Marketo experience: You should be comfortable building programs and managing assets within the platform.
Campaign experience: You’ve successfully run campaigns and managed multi-touch programs before.
Project Management: You’ve used tools like Asana, our Project Management tool to keep work organized and transparent.
Agency experience: You know how to work with external partners to get the best results.
IAS Pay Transparency:
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
