The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute and optimize against campaign goals, which may include, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media (SEM & social), content syndication, events promotion, sponsored programs, and emerging digital channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Optimize and execute a variety of digital marketing campaigns that effectively target, engage, and convert our core audiences, which include prospects, channel partners and providers
- Support the delivery of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue, leveraging key channels such as paid media, content syndication and more
- Coordinate with cross-functional marketing partners including brand, content, marketing operations and events to align demand gen with broader initiatives that support pipeline growth, member activation and/or provider recruitment
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to build A/B testing strategies and use analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance
- Work with external agencies and collaborate across multiple teams within and outside of the marketing team
- Think creatively and contribute to growth strategies, while executing on the tactics
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience digital marketing, demand generation within a high-growth B2B or agency that support them
- Expertise with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven track record of making data driven decisions to achieve company KPIs
- Proven ability to accurately report on marketing budgets and KPIs
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast paced and high growth startup environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality campaigns that serve a variety of business objectives
- Experience in building highly targeted segments and campaigns based on persona, industry and accounts
- Ability to create a test to learn, model and pivot decisions based on results.
- Excellent written communication, organization, time-management and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with ABM platforms like 6Sense or Demandbase and Google Analytics is a plus
