We’re looking for a Design Engineer who loves turning ambitious ideas into polished product experiences.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering.

You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to shape how creative AI products feel — from early interaction concepts to polished production interfaces.

You should care equally about:

• clean, scalable front-end architecture

• motion, detail, and usability

• shipping quickly without sacrificing quality

What You’ll Do

• Design and build high-quality product experiences for AI-powered creative tools

• Translate complex generative workflows into interfaces that feel intuitive and alive

• Prototype new concepts rapidly to explore interaction patterns and validate ideas

• Build polished production interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling

• Craft fluid animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that elevate the product experience

• Collaborate closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to push ideas from concept to shipped product

• Contribute to scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI primitives

You Might Be a Fit If

• You naturally operate between design and engineering

• You’re highly fluent in React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern front-end architecture

• You have strong product taste and a high bar for craft, polish, and interaction quality

• You prototype quickly in code, Figma, or AI tools

• You can take ideas from concept to polished implementation with minimal oversight

• You think in systems and build reusable primitives, not one-off screens

• You know when to move fast and when to obsess over the final 10%
