JD :

Should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs . Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work is done at various customer locations. Needs to be vetted for background check and drug test. Work shift? 1st Weekend coverage? No On call? No Travel required?
