Digital Account Manager

Digital Uncut is a London-based, award-winning digital marketing agency. As a team, we have experience working with startups from multiple seed rounds to exits alongside multi-million-pound budgets globally.

We are now part of the Eskimoz group, a well established Paris-based European wide digital agency and, like us, with expertise in SEO, PPC, and Data.

As Account Manager, you’ll provide support to our existing clients and manage all of our web development activity.

The Role

• Manage customer relationships, communication, and requests on website updates
• Project manage full web development project lifecycle from initial brief to final delivery, and proactively managing ongoing support
• Manage project team of SEO, UX, Design and Development resource to deliver website
• Project management comms and administration of all website related projects
• Support PPC & SEO consultants with account management on their clients, including quarterly check-ins with clients, and being there for any escalations or upsell opportunities
• Manage our team of developers and designers, prioritise their workload, and maintain an excellent relationship with them
• Update content in WordPress & Shopify

Requirements

• Significant experience in professional client relationship management with a solid background in advertising, design or marketing
• The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level with a keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills, and an ability to work effectively with a variety of different people
• Organised, flexible and solution focused with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
