Digital Fundraising Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Development Department at Greenpeace US strives to create a holistic supporter experience for our expanding and diverse community. The Digital Fundraising Coordinator plays a key role in the department by acting as lead organizer to implement digital fundraising activities and campaigns for email, SMS, website, donation pages, and a robust digital advertising program. This position reports to the Digital Fundraising Associate Director.
This role will:

Hold responsibility for the master digital fundraising production timeline - ensuring digital fundraising initiatives and campaigns are included with appropriate lead/deadlines

Tracks budgets and processes invoicing to ensure partners are paid on time

Work to achieve a three month lead in production timelines, allowing multi-channel collaboration.
- Reinforce and invigorate a One-Greenpeace approach to supporter engagement, working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure a supporter-first implementation approach - compromising and looking for solutions to meet all the supporter goals of the organization (brand, advocacy and fundraising)
- Collaborate and actively participate with the Digital Fundraising Production Team in developing overall digital fundraising initiatives and campaigns. Work with key consultants, colleagues and agencies to ensure on-time delivery and implementation of campaigns.
- Coordinate RFPs/quotes from vendors, vendor contracts as well as one-off production jobs (brochures, postcards, annual report). Work with the Digital Fundraising Associate Director to evaluate partner agencies and make recommendations regarding creating better production techniques, work flows, tools and processes.
- Build a positive, proactive environment based on mutual respect, a high level of execution, and excellent communication with team members and external resources. Give positive and constructive feedback.

Minimum requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience working with digital or fundraising environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong team-building skills.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of accounting and financial reporting
- Commitment to and a passion for the principles of Greenpeace, protecting the environment and ensuring we work with the lens of DEI

The salary for this position starts at $45,000 and is commensurate with experience.
