We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our programmatic marketing efforts and overall marketing strategy across multiple channels. Your focus will primarily be on the B2B audience, aiming to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new customers. If you are passionate about digital marketing, possess a strong understanding of marketing strategy, and have expertise in managing programmatic campaigns, we encourage you to apply and become a key contributor to our team during this exciting period.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on programmatic marketing and advertising technology.
  • Demonstrable experience managing campaigns with a substantial media budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Possess a growth and 'bottom-line' mindset, focused on revenue generation and driving efficiency.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and DSP (Demand-Side Platform) tools.
  • Proficient with SA360 and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-educator who stays informed about the latest marketing trends and developments.

What you can expect:

  • Develop and execute programmatic marketing campaigns across various channels, including Display, Native, Connected TV, and Online Video.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of ABM, Content Syndication and OOH campaigns.
  • Drive growth and lead pipeline targets, striving to exceed goals through quick and precise execution.
  • Collaborate with an agency to plan, build, test, and iterate on digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with outside agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in programmatic marketing and advertising technology.

United States-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $74,000USD and $100,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
