Digital Marketing Manager

- Own website performance across corporate and brand websites, driving improvements in conversion rates, user journeys, page engagement, and overall digital experience.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by developing testing strategies, establishing hypotheses, analyzing results, and maintaining a backlog of optimization opportunities.
- Manage the technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) foundation, including site architecture, schema implementation, redirects, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health.
- Partner with content marketing teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports organic growth strategies and improves discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable landing page frameworks across CMS and marketing platforms, enabling efficient campaign execution and self-service capabilities.
- Act as the primary owner of external paid media agency relationships, providing strategic direction, managing performance reviews, evaluating recommendations, and ensuring accountability to pipeline and CAC targets.
- Monitor campaign performance across paid channels, analyze reporting, optimize budget allocation, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across website, SEO, paid media, and conversion initiatives, translating complex data into clear business insights.
- Collaborate with marketing operations teams on attribution, tracking, reporting accuracy, and data quality improvements.
- Partner with demand generation, content, and product marketing stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Stay informed about evolving digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing technologies, and emerging best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- 4–6 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Proven expertise managing website performance, digital acquisition programs, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Experience overseeing or closely partnering with external paid media agencies, including performance management, strategy development, and accountability for results.
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), campaign optimization, and digital attribution models.
- Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and CRO experiments.
- Knowledge of technical SEO principles, including schema markup, redirects, site architecture, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with AI-driven search trends, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and emerging digital discovery channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop data-backed recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, AI productivity tools, or modern data infrastructure solutions is considered an asset.
- Curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to incorporate emerging tools into marketing workflows and decision-making processes.
- Competitive salary range of CAD 105,000 – 125,000 for candidates based in Canada.
