Digital Marketing Software (SaaS) Sales Representative

$14 per hour

TLDR

Drive outbound SaaS sales for automated follow-up campaigns, delivering tailored demos and guiding prospects from new leads to long-term customers.

We're looking to hire for our sales team, who would work leads generated from our webinar and Facebook inquiries, etc. (via phone and e-mail).

LinkU is the creator of The Ultimate Follow Up Machine, which is designed to provide automated personal follow up that delivers more referrals and conversions.

Our software allows our customers to launch a variety of online marketing campaigns automated follow up sequences and campaigns using e-mail, text messages, including Facebook and Google ads.

We are growing our sales team! We are seeking individuals that match our current team atmosphere and culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new leads (i.e webinar attendees, registrants, and other leads) and introduce LinkU to them.
  • Answer questions, make recommendations and provide insight on best ways they could benefit from the platform
  • Help our potential clients understand how LinkU can solve their everyday follow up challenges.
  • Setup and appointments with new potential clients.
  • Communicate directly with prospects to answer questions and address issue through email, text message, live chat, video chat, and other channels.
  • Effectively demo LinkU, tailoring it to the client’s specific needs.
  • Assist to educate users on how to use our platform based on their specific needs
  • Manage your own pipeline with hundreds of new leads every month.

Requirements:

  • Have some knowledge and entry-level skills to marketing and sales. 
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook recommended.
  • You have excellent computer skills (must be tech-savvy - You understand how SaaS technology works and have basic technical skills)
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • You possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.
  • You are detail orientated and are able to follow instructions accurately.
  • You must be flexible, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • You must be very familiar with Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels are a PLUS (avid user, understand the basics, and more!)
  • You must have excellent writing skills.

Extra Credit: Previous SaaS sales experience, experience using a CRM system and Intercom. Past experience selling software or services in digital marketing, marketing automation space is a PLUS!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • LinkU offers a salary vs. commission structure.
  • Base hourly is $14/hr. w/Generous Commission Structure
  • Average income is $45-$55K per year. Top producers can earn $75K-$100K+ per year.
