The job in short

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join the global Marketing team. As Digital Marketing Specialist you are the subject matter expert on all things digital demand generation in B2B Enterprise SaaS. 

With your growth mindset,  you will expand the reach of Backbase into the different markets and target audiences. You will generate leads, yes, but most importantly, you will drive demand among our target accounts. You align your digital marketing strategy around our global account based marketing strategy in collaboration with our global campaign managers.

Meet the job

  • Omni-channel digital marketing - You design, execute and optimize our B2B paid media platforms such as Linkedin, Google Adwords, 6Sense Display and 3rd party content syndication networks.
  • Marketing Automation - You create emails and journeys in Marketo as part of your integrated marketing campaign.
  • Account Based Marketing Platform - You utilize 6Sense as your campaign and account orchestration platform.
  • Analytics & Reporting - You make data driven decisions, deliver insights and attribute the value of marketing  to the sales pipeline and results using Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo Revenue Cycle and Tableau
  • Coaching - You act as a coach and consultant to the regional digital marketing specialists, field marketing managers and agencies.
  • Collaborate - You collaborate with your fellow digital marketing specialists, share learnings, gain insights and together drive and optimize the global digital marketing strategy.

How about you

We're looking for an analytical and creative individual to experiment, iterate quickly and optimize continuously. 2+ years of analytical, operational and/or consulting experience in online B2B marketing.

  • Proficiency in Google Adwords, Analytics, Linkedin Campaign Manager;
  • Experience with or Proficiency in Account Based Marketing Platforms is a real advantage;
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines;
  • Good understanding of what user lifecycle is and how to optimize each of its different stages;
  • Experienced in managing digital campaigns, including budget forecast and allocation;
  • Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment;
  • Data-driven personality with willingness to take calculated risks;
  • Experience working with data scientists, data visualization tools, attribution modeling, and data feeds;
  • Hands-on, proactive approach and established testing philosophy;
  • Experience with A/B testing;
