Digital Media Manager
TLDR
Own end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more, leveraging data-driven optimization to maximize ROI and scale performance marketing.
- Own the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, display, video, native, and CTV platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accuracy, proper targeting, and alignment with performance objectives.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to identify scaling opportunities and performance gaps.
- Build dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and other reporting tools to communicate insights and performance trends.
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and analytics to align execution with broader business goals.
- Test and implement new strategies, formats, and optimization approaches to improve campaign performance and scalability.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with experience across search, social, display, video, and programmatic campaigns.
- Proven experience managing multi-platform advertising campaigns at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or CTV is a strong plus.
