TLDR

Lead high-impact corporate initiatives at the intersection of strategy, healthcare operations, and organizational performance, guiding data-driven decisions across functions and senior leadership.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and execute corporate-level initiatives that align with organizational strategy, ensuring consistent delivery across business units and care operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and implement strategic plans and performance frameworks.
  • Drive operational improvement efforts, leveraging data insights to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
  • Oversee key projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met.
  • Support governance, reporting, and executive communications to enable informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across corporate and field teams.

  • Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in corporate strategy, healthcare operations, consulting, or large-scale organizational leadership roles.
    • Strong background in managing cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, translate insights into strategy, and execute on measurable business outcomes.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
    • Proven leadership capabilities, including influencing without authority and driving organizational change.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
