- Extensive experience in corporate strategy, healthcare operations, consulting, or large-scale organizational leadership roles.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, translate insights into strategy, and execute on measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including influencing without authority and driving organizational change.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $68.00 to $98.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
