The Job At A Glance
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to be a leader in Carbon Health’s Corporate Development function. Working in partnership with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, this role will have four main functions: M&A, capital markets, corporate strategy and investor relations. This is a highly influential role across the organization and requires someone with a true passion for healthcare, technology, understanding of our core products and appreciation of our mission. This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Development.
 

What You'll Do

  • High focus on strategy, research, analysis, and execution of M&A and partnership transactions
  • Participation in capital raising efforts when they arise
  • Responsible for research, analysis and construction of the Company’s corporate strategy as well as special projects for the C-suite
  • The investor relations function will involve research, analysis and development of investor presentations for the external investor community

About You

  • Experience at a top-tier private equity firm, investment bank, management consulting firm or an equivalent corporate development group
  • 10 years of total professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience operating in a healthcare services or digital healthcare environment
  • Experience executing M&A or private equity transactions
  • MBA Preferred
