We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to expand our product’s reach and lead our new user acquisition team. This leader will be responsible for all of our B2C acquisition channels and growing a world-class team of Growth Marketers. Your team of experienced growth marketers who will test hypotheses quickly when venturing into new opportunity areas and use optimization to improve existing channels. This role reports directly into our VP of Growth.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Lead a highly skilled team of channel and strategic specialists to drive business growth while mentoring and elevating their work. Develop an organization that can scalably execute its strategies and amplify our message in different industries/clients
  • Set quarterly and annual acquisition goals and budgets for the organization, ensuring YoY growth. Manage and report on progress to the leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee marketing campaigns using owned, paid, and earned acquisition channels to reach potential users in all of our clients. Work with analytics to perform campaign management, tracking and measurement of all conversion-based campaigns.
  • Ship world-class acquisition marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with creative, customer success, product, and analytics to deliver on company goals. Your team will develop and launch targeted and personalized campaigns
  • Run experiments and A/B tests that not only get results but help us learn more about what does and doesn’t work in reaching specific demographics 
  • Scale entirely new channels that generate user sign-ups, particularly in our hardest-to-reach demographics that don’t always respond to digital marketing
  • Optimize our existing channels, from email to referrals, so that we’re maximizing the efficiency of our channels

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of B2C acquisition marketing with deep experience across paid, owned, and earned channels. Previous experience managing a team and managing goals at the C-suite level
  • Deep experience on a cross-functional growth team including creative, product, engineering, customer success
  • Excellent marketing skills and techniques, particularly around customer research, segmentation, brief writing, creative development, experimentation, campaign performance analysis, iteration/optimization, budget management, and vision/strategy
  • An experimental mindset: Analytical with a desire to launch, learn, and iterate to continually improve programs
  • Passion for our mission: a personal connection to MSK issues or a track-record of mission-driven work
