- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and professional growth.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory information management solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Drive the design of innovative features that improve regulatory submission, content management, and health authority compliance processes.
- Review and contribute to detailed product specifications within an agile development environment.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and technical feasibility in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Partner with customers, sales, services, support, and market teams to deeply understand requirements and ensure product-market fit.
- Act as a product evangelist and subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading and developing product management teams in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years in a senior product leadership role with responsibility for strategy and roadmap execution.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product lifecycle management, including short- and long-term planning.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, customers, and consulting teams in global environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and executive-level presentation abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Strong autonomy and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Nice to have: experience with Veeva Vault RIM, regulatory or other highly regulated industries, and knowledge of submission publishing, review, and archiving processes.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $240,000 CAD, with potential additional variable and/or stock-based compensation.
