We’re looking to hire a Revenue Enablement leader to join the centralized Revenue Operations team at dbt Labs. In this role, you will directly support, onboard, coach and train our sales team with the goal of increasing efficiency and attainment of our reps. You will be our first sales enablement hire and help build the team from the ground up.

You'll analyze what works well and what doesn't, with the goal of continuous optimization. You'll ensure the team is equipped with the right content and tools to leverage in sales cycles, implement a consistent sales methodology and coach and grow our reps.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Own strategy, design, and implementation of the Sales Enablement function at dbt Labs - you will design and grow the structure from the ground up and own the end-to-end sales and success training programs.
  • Partner with the product marketing team to ensure consistency across sales, SDR, SA, and customer-facing roles on the product, pitch, and pricing.
  • Work with sales management and top-performing reps on training and coaching programs; design, launch and iterate on these programs and put tools in place to measure their impact.
  • Build out our onboarding training and continuous education programs, ensure that new reps are onboarded and ramped quickly. Identify performance and knowledge gaps and work to close them.
  • Procure and own sales enablement tools and produce, organize and maintain training collateral for the team.
  • Work with sales managers on developing their own coaching and pipeline management skills.

You are a good fit if you:

  • 5+ years of sales enablement experience and 3+ direct enterprise Saas sales experience preferred
  • Have experience with change management, cutting edge sales enablement tools and best practices as well as vendor procurement.
  • Passion for developing others; knowledge of modern sales methodologies and processes
  • Excellent communication and ability to work across business functions; great presenter and teacher/coach
