Dispatcher

The Car Move Dispatcher will bridge the gap between our sales department and independent contractors to coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of our customer’s vehicles to the correct destination for the best possible price. The ideal candidate for this critical role is a highly organized, enjoys-talking-on-the-phone, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can proactively and gracefully manage a network of constantly moving parts.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch car shipments by phone and email.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all shipment-related communication.
• Develop a detailed knowledge of the freight board and be able to act decisively and quickly.
• Monitor shipments from beginning to end of the transit process to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work in tandem with the sales team to provide the best, most seamless customer experience possible.

Requirements:

• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Must be a problem solver who can work independently.
• Must be an effective communicator.
• Must have a good eye for detail.
• Prior dispatch experience a plus.

Permanent full time position M-F

$15-$17 per hour based on experience and opportunity for growth.
