Drafting Manager

• Keep projects on track by managing workload, schedules, and priorities
• Be the go-to expert for design questions, coordination, and problem-solving
• Ensure top-quality deliverables that meet codes, standards, and client expectations
• Drive improvements in workflows, tools, and team efficiency
• Collaborate across teams to tackle challenges and keep projects moving

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in drafting, design, or construction documentation, with proven leadership responsibility
• Strong expertise in construction drawings, codes, and industry standards
• Demonstrated success managing teams, workflows, and multiple complex projects
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability
