 About the Role 

Veho is expanding and as a result, we’re looking for sharp problem solvers to join our Driver Support team. Our Driver Support team works closely with our Driver partners to help ensure they can deliver packages as seamlessly as possible.  For reference, we support two customer groups: our driver partners (the lovely team that delivers packages) and our customers (the lovely people that receive packages from other brands we deliver).

Reporting to the Driver Support Supervisor, this role plays a key part in ensuring our Driver partners have a great experience, and in turn, a great experience for our customers. You will be supporting the operations in real time, alongside other members of the driver support team. This role interacts with, and has a huge impact on, multiple areas, so executing with precision is key.

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr and 40/hr work weeks

What You'll Do

  • Communicating with our Driver partners on the road via text, in-app messaging. 
  • Troubleshooting Driver problems ranging from reaching out to the customer to reporting a specific address as a difficult stop.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to help solve issues that could impact the Driver experience or the Customer experience.
  • Monitoring internal channels and maintaining a presence to support other areas of the business.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and provide candid feedback around processes and workflows.
  • Sharing insights and feedback on areas of improvement from our Driver partners.

Who You (Ideally) Are

  • 1+ years of experience in a Support role or similar where you’re supporting people real-time.
  • Proficient typing, computer skills are an absolute must.
  • Prior experience in a startup, growing company, or other environment where you rapidly developed and iterated on processes
  • Passionate about joining a top-tier early stage startup that aims to build the next powerhouse of logistics technology
  • Detail-oriented, and can see and correct inefficiencies Understands that the success of the team depends on each member
  • Excited about facing the challenge and uncertainty that comes with a new operation
  • Receptive to feedback, and is discerning and will ask questions if they do not understand or agree
  • Action-oriented, and can make the right decisions, quickly
  • A team player, and is able to communicate clearly and concisely with your team to accomplish goals.
  • Never satisfied with the status-quo and always works to improve things.
