At Bamganie Pet Cremations, our drivers are an important part of the care journey we provide to veterinary clinics, families and their beloved pets.
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our collection and transport team in a full-time driving position.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, works well independently, and understands the importance of professionalism, compassion and attention to detail.
About the Role
You will be responsible for collecting pets from veterinary clinics across Victoria and returning memorial items and ashes with care and respect.
This role includes:
- Completing scheduled daily collection and delivery runs
- Liaising professionally with veterinary clinic staff
- Handling pets with dignity and care at all times
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and identification processes
- Assisting with loading and unloading respectfully and safely
- Returning ashes to veterinary clinics or to families
- Supporting smooth communication between drivers, administration and operational teams
- Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
About You
We think you’ll fit in well if you:
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Are reliable, organised and punctual
- Are comfortable driving long distances
- Can work independently while managing your time effectively
- Communicate professionally and respectfully
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Understand the importance of empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
