Dutch speaking Customer Support Operator for B2B clients(m/f/d)
TLDR
Act as the trusted advisor to corporate clients across chat, phone, and email, gathering feedback, building relationships, and shaping functionality with cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go - to expert for our corporate clients across chat, phone, and email - think of yourself as their trusted advisor on speed dial
- Gather valuable feedback from clients and become our eyes and ears in the market
- Keep clients in the loop about their order status and watch their loyalty (and satisfaction!) grow
- Build genuine partnerships with each customer - we're not just processing orders, we're building relationships
- Make smart, independent decisions on medium and high complexity matters and turn tricky situations into loyalty-building opportunities with minimal supervisor involvement
- Jump into working groups to help shape new functionality development and testing - your ideas matter here
- Collaborate with our marketing team on exciting initiatives like surveys, customer needs research, and proposal generation
Requirements:
- You are native Dutch speaker and English B1
- Strong knowledge of the company's business processes in customer service
- Strong communication skills (at least 1 year of experience working with clients)
- Minimum knowledge of automotive industry
- Will be a plus
- Ability to use automobile spare parts catalogs (TecDoc)
- Ability to use special technical sites for spare parts selection (p.ex. partlink).
- Full time contract (40 hours a week)
- Monday-Saturday 8:00am - 20:30pm (CET), 8 hours rotational shift, 2 days a week days off;
- Annual vacation of 25 working days and 1 additional day off on your birthday
- Day off on Municipality day and Carnaval
