**This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our Chicago, Phoenix, or Las Vegas office.**
Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the data migration associated with the implementation of D365 Finance and Operations as well as testing and support of D365 implementations.
Position Responsibilities:
Gathering business requirements and evaluating system setup and functionality to ensure accurate data for each go live and subsequent updates. The data analyst will be responsible formanaging data collection with the business, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining D365 F&O data migration templates, maintaining 3rd party system templates, uploading data into F&O, and troubleshooting import errors. This person will also be involved in integration testing and support. The user will also support other business analysts on the ERP team assisting with requirements gathering, design documents, evaluating system processes for SOX compliance and best practice solutions, testing functional setup and custom developments to evaluate requirements have been met, and working with end users for testing and training on system functionality for implementation, new developments, and upgrades.
Core Skills / Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- In-depth experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
- In-depth understanding of data management framework within D365 Finance and Operations
- Experience with Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate and other preferred
- Experience with data conversions and integration techniques
- Excellent Excel and data management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expert planning and organizing, and decision-making
- Works well under stress with tight timelines for deliverables
Education / Experience:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of technology experience with ERP platforms
- 1+ years of experience with D365 data migration
