E-commerce Associate

The eCommerce Associate is a member of the business management team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce sites, and user experience within. They interact with league and team partners daily to foster and maintain healthy partner relationships and execute strategic retail initiatives. The associate also works cross-functionally with several departments internally as they operate the business and analyze real-time trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use internal tools systems to effectively execute site-level promotion strategy and marketing plans
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate site growth including (but not limited to) graphic design, merchandising, e-mail marketing, eMarketing, site optimization, and customer service.
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives of assigned partners
- Compile and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinate with leaders to analyze growth opportunities and lead data-driven business recommendations
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sports, or account management preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly organize and analyze data
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to quickly compile professional presentations preferred
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Exceptional work ethic, ability to meet deadlines under pressure and demonstrate enthusiasm towards partners and colleagues
- Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
- Keen attention to detail
