E-commerce Customer Support Specialist (Zendesk & Shopify)

And we’re looking for a E-commerce Customer Support Specialist (Zendesk & Shopify) to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and clear the high-volume Zendesk email support queue
Process customer order entries
Handle product returns and exchanges
Categorize support tickets by issue for operational analysis
Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience (mid-level, able to work independently)
• Prior experience with Zendesk (required)
• Prior experience with Gorgias (required)
• Prior experience with Shopify (required)
Preferred (not mandatory):
• Experience with Loop Returns
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package :
• PHP 41,500
