NEW YORK
Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.
THE ROLE
At Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS), we build best-in class platform and ecommerce solutions for luxury brands and retailers enabling them to drive growth and innovation. Our end-to-end solutions include: build and management of website, app or digital in-store experience, complete with payments, an order management system, global logistics, stock optimization and content management systems. We pride ourselves on delivering a world class client service.
As part of the FPS Client Services team, the E-Commerce Manager will lead a cross-functional team in e-commerce strategy to deliver brand and business growth for your portfolio of clients. This is the perfect role for someone with experience within luxury retail and e-commerce to guide the future success of some of the most preeminent brands, boutiques and department stores in the industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be an essential contact for a portfolio of top tier FPS clients, identifying and formulating plans to guide the brands' digital strategy and business growth using levers across: digital marketing, adoption of new FPS functionalities, pricing, website optimization, merchandising and operational planning
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement across all clients that sit under your remit, with the ultimate measures of success being that they 1) grow their FPS-motivated business by way of topline results and optimized performance Measurements and 2) deepen their partnership with FPS by applying the platform solutions, products and capabilities 3) consistent and high CSAT results
  • Create annual forecasts for brands and identify strategies and plans needed to ensure these forecasts are achieved/beaten
  • Take full ownership of client targets within your portfolio, implementing plans to ensure performance targets are met, working with the Senior Manager to establish the digital strategy development for FPS clients with care for their overall goals
  • Oversee client projects ensuring teams accomplish time and in full
  • Take ownership to ensure resolution of complex client issues
  • Oversee Quarterly Business Reviews with Directors and C-level client team members
  • Work with relevant Farfetch teams to maximize sales and visibility for brands across both channels
  • Communicate with other departments and teams both within FPS (e.g. Ops, Production and Tech) and Farfetch (e.g. Media Solutions, Brand Partnerships, Data Science) to exchange information about clients or to improve the service offering
  • Identify plans to build client revenue and opportunities to broaden the FPS services that a client partners with us on
  • Remain current on industry developments and translate this knowledge into strategic guidance for the clients and FPS

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of client management experience in a consultancy, e-commerce, or buying role
  • Experience building and maintaining important client relationships, proven ability to prioritize multiple client demands and presenting to senior client partners
  • High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, and motivated by the ability to work towards metrics and targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of ecommerce measurements
  • Succeed in autonomy and resilient in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills, with project management experience
  • Experience working with teams across different time zones
