E-Commerce Specialist

TLDR

Drive online sales and customer engagement by managing BIOTA's e-commerce channels, optimizing product listings, data-driven campaigns, and cross-team promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of BIOTA’s e-commerce channels including web stores and third-party marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize online sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Create and update product listings, monitor product availability, and ensure accurate representation of products online.
  • Analyze sales data and traffic metrics to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to synchronize promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in e-commerce or online sales management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling product content.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
