EHR Product Manager

This role is responsible for product vision, strategy, and delivery, and will be directly responsible for for overseeing the execution of all product life-cycle processes for our EHR solution Welligent. This includes activities related to product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Assess opportunities for new product offerings based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings
• Coach and mentor product owners
• Collaborate with other functional areas on market & competitive Intelligence gathering
• Directly responsible for overall roadmap prioritization, planning, and execution
• Ensure that implementation, product launch, and go-to-market activities are accounted for and properly prioritized
• Inform product positioning and pricing decisions
• Monitor and report product health metrics and OKR’s to internal stakeholders
• Operate as the product subject matter expert
• Oversee user story definition, prioritization, and backlog refinement for the engineering team
• Set the overall vision, strategy, and goals for your product, ensuring that they align with the top-level vision and goals for ContinuumCloud
• Support Sales and Marketing activites as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in an Agile software development organization, preferably an EHR or similar software solution
• A proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
• Bachelor’s degree with focus in business, engineering, or product design
• Deep subject-matter expertise in software related to behavioral health and human services
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience as a product owner in an Agile software development organization
• Pragmatic Marketing certified (preferred)
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
