Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bid lifecycle, from opportunity tracking to submission
  • Coordinate and oversee the proposal development process
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using appropriate tools
  • Manage and streamline the takeoff process across multiple projects
  • Ensure all project scopes are complete, with no gaps or missed items
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required inputs for bids and proposals
  • Maintain organized documentation and tracking of bids, estimates, and submissions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in estimating and/or bid coordination
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans
  • High attention to detail, especially in scope review and takeoffs
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a go-getter mindset
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
