About the role:
As an Electronic Product Assembler, you will be part of Octasic’s production team. The incumbent performs product assembly, soldering, and inspection to ensure that Octasic’s products meet quality standards.
What you'll do:
- Perform mechanical assemblies based on assembly instructions;
- Ensure the quality of assemblies by completing control and traceability forms;
- Identify and document non-conformities;
- Contribute to improving assembly documentation and production methods;
- Inspect electronic boards, harnesses, and mechanical assemblies;
- Manufacture cables and harnesses according to official drawings;
- Perform manual soldering of SMT components in accordance with current standards.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly using fastening tools;
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and wiring diagrams;
- Attention to detail, dexterity, and a strong sense of quality;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- French and functional English (spoken and written for effective communication with the entire team).
