This role is remote 

Position Summary

Endpoint Administrator will be responsible for managing all endpoints (clients and servers) owned by Ivanti’s IT Team. You will be responsible for administering Customer Zero instances of Ivanti Neurons, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, MobileIron Cloud, and Ivanti Asset Manager.

As a member of our Customer Zero team, you will cooperate closely with Ivanti’s Engineering and Product Support organizations, implement new product features, report issues, and work towards resolution.

What you get to do in this role:

• Collaborate with Ivanti’s Global Infrastructure team and assist with projects, system improvements, and consolidation
• Oversee processes related to Endpoint Management, like Operating System Provisioning, Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, MDM, Antivirus
• Maintain endpoint security and compliance
• Act as a point of contact for escalations in Endpoint Management for Windows, macOS and Linux (technical issues escalated by IT colleagues or internal employees)
• Utilize Ivanti products to automate internal processes and services
• Daily operations, maintenance, and cleanup of the environment

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• Minimum 5 years working full time within an IT Operations organization (preferably Endpoint Administrator role)
• Enterprise support experience in Windows/macOS/Linux related issues
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Proven experience working with any EPM/MDM tool, experience with Ivanti products would be a benefit
• Excellent knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems and macOS
• Intermediate to Advanced level in PowerShell or bash scripting
• Demonstrates flexible thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills, especially around DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, HTTPS, and Active Directory
• Demonstrates consistency and reliability
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills

Nice to have, but not a must:

• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure, O365

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
