Endpoint Management Administrator

We are seeking a qualified Endpoint Management Administrator to join our team and take charge of the management and support of our ManageEngine Endpoint Central system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of this service, managing Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, and preparing software deployment packages for our employees' laptops. Our organization predominantly employs modern laptops running Windows 10 Pro and Windows 11 Pro, as well as a limited number of MacBooks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Background in managing and supporting ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar endpoint management systems
  • Understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) principles and hands-on experience with MDM tools
  • Proficiency in packaging and deploying software to Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, and macOS endpoints
  • Familiarity with Windows Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and automation techniques
  • Expertise with managing a variety of hardware, including Windows and macOS devices
  • Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve endpoint-related issues efficiently
  • Communication skills to collaborate with various teams and convey technical information clearly
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new tools quickly
  • Mastering spreadsheets for comparing data from multiple sources (inventories, reports, accounting systems, etc) for data re-validation and visualization (missed records, inconsistencies, policy compliance, and coverage)
  • Basic experience in SQL (extract and merge required data from UEM database and other DBs for further processing)

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), or equivalent
  • Experience with managing laptops in a hybrid Windows and macOS environment
  • Familiarity with security best practices in endpoint management and software deployment

English level:
Intermediate+

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain the ManageEngine Endpoint Central system, ensuring its reliability and optimal performance
  • Oversee Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient management of corporate laptops and BYOD
  • Create, test, and deploy software packages to laptops using established methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software deployment meets organizational requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint management-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize endpoint management processes
  • Stay connected with vendor’s support services on feature requests, bug reports, and other support cases
