The Role
Until now, Ada has been focussed entirely on automating brand-to-customer messaging. We have built a no-code, ML-powered system used by many thousands of people to build deeply personalized automated messaging. Today, we’re changing that. We want to be the best platform in the world for dialogue automation across any channel, whether that be in a voice or a messaging interface.
As an Engineering Manager for the Voice team, you'll be responsible for owning the development of our voice platform. You will be given total responsibility for the success of the system and your team. You will have the full support of senior leadership along your path to product fit.
