Power up our team
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead our talented Platform and Infra/DevOps teams. You will manage a team of 6 (and growing) highly skilled (Lead) Engineers and collaborate with our CTO, Mehmet, to ensure that the hard work of our product teams delivers maximum value to our customers, turbo-charging the energy transition.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience managing multiple teams, a technical background, and experience in a scale-up environment.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform and Infra/DevOps teams. Your day-to-day work will be focused on managing and supporting your teams. You will have the opportunity to improve your leadership skills and work with cutting-edge technologies. Tackling ambitious projects by creating a clear plan for success that others can follow is also a part of your role. Also, you’ll be working closely with the Tech Leads to ensure a smooth roadmap and set up team strategies.
