We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless event delivery by managing logistics, vendor relationships, on-site operations, and stakeholder coordination to create exceptional event experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end event operations for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, launches, and other assigned events.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and venue partners to ensure timely delivery of all event requirements.

Develop event timelines, operational checklists, and execution plans.

Manage venue setup, registration desks, branding installations, technical requirements, and event flow.

Liaise with vendors for production, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, security, and other event-related services.

Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings to assess operational readiness.

Supervise event staff, volunteers, and external agencies during event execution.

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide quick resolutions during live events.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements applicable to events.

Prepare post-event reports, including performance analysis, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain event documentation, contracts, vendor databases, and inventory records.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in event operations, event management, or a similar role.

Proven experience in managing multiple events simultaneously.

Familiarity with event management software and Microsoft Office applications.
