Events Assistant

Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events from concept to completion.
• Assisting the event leads with creative concepts of external brand events (as needed).
• Assist event leads in the execution and day-of event support of external brand events (as needed).
• Research and liaise with venues, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating competitive rates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Support budget tracking by maintaining expense records. 
• Maintain event planning documents, meeting notes, and follow ups related to event planning.
• Manage and track inventory of event supplies and materials.
• Assist with event-related errands and collecting event materials, especially in the lead up to and during events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to ensure all event elements are aligned with brand messaging and vision.

• Extremely organised and able to work with deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Has the ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work outside "standard" hours
• Domestic and overseas travel outside business hours may be required
