In this role, you will coordinate both in-person and virtual events, manage promotional campaigns across multiple channels, and support senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Your mission is to get the right people in the room—leveraging social media, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns to amplify our events and brand presence.   • Social Media & Event Promotion
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to build awareness and maximize event attendance across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms 
  • Partner with influencers, creators, and strategic accounts to extend event reach and credibility 
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) tied to key event dates 
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns to convert engagement into registrations and attendance 

  • Event Planning & Logistics 
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events including venue selection, scheduling, hotel/travel, vendor management, and run-of-show 
  • Prepare event collateral including speaker briefs, signage, decks, branded materials, and printed/produced items 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for targeted outreach to clients, prospects, VIPs, and speakers 
  • Capture event content (photos, video, testimonials) for repurposing into post-event campaigns 

  • Marketing & CRM Operations 
  • Support post-event lead management and follow-up coordination in HubSpot 
  • Draft copy and coordinate outbound campaigns (newsletters, invites, sequences) to drive attendance and nurture leads 
  • Manage HubSpot CRM records: ensure accurate tagging, pipeline tracking, and lead handoffs 
  • Deliver reports on campaign performance, engagement, and attendance impact 
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and drive participation 
  • Maintain workflows and task boards in ClickUp 

  • C-Suite & Strategic Project Support 
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff, CMO, and Global Director of Revenue Strategy & Growth on cross-functional projects 
  • Capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and track accountability across teams 
  • Maintain organization of SharePoint, ClickUp, and dashboards for project visibility 
  • Provide ad hoc support for executive initiatives 
  • What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination and marketing, with proven social media campaign management 
  • Demonstrated success executing end-to-end event logistics and promotional campaigns 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) including reporting and lead management 
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Canva or Adobe, and scheduling platforms 
  • NYC area availability for in-person events and vendor coordination 
  •

  • Experience in finance, wellness, or startups 
  • Experience with printing and shipping logistics for event materials 
  • Background in influencer partnerships or creator collaborations 
  • A track record of growing engagement and attendance through integrated marketing campaigns
