Executive Assistant (m/w/d)

Tasks

We are looking for a highly talented full-time (40 hours/week) Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to support and manage our executive team in Berlin. In this role, you will handle a wide range of tasks for our executives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a constantly changing environment and is an overall strong communicator to all stakeholders.

  • Be responsible for maximising our executive team time and energy by managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  • Work together close with our executive team to make sure all administrative tasks run smoothly (travel arrangements, team calendars, video conferences)
  • Manage high professional communication and correspondence with internal and external business partners and stakeholders (writing and editing mails)
  • Maintain an efficient flow of information between the executive team and their direct reports
  • Plan a variety of business trips and ensure that time in our international offices is used efficiently and to best effect 
  • Play an active role in building a great community – by facilitating relationship building among our international teams

Your Profile 

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact multiple stakeholders and senior management
  • Experimental mindset in learning new collaboration tools (i.e., Miro, Slack)
  • Exemplary attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience in an international company environment 
  • Full professional English proficiency (writing and speaking). Proficiency in French is a plus
