Come help us build a bigger and better project44 as the Executive Assistant to some members of the Executive Team. You will be part of a family within project44 which has an enormous impact on the logistics space

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and manage CPSO, CFO, and CTO business and personal calendar
• Maintain and manage business travel
• Read, monitor and respond to email
• Prepare correspondence internally and externally as directed by the Executives
• Monitor and respond to production metrics and alerting notifications
• Board and Meeting preparation internally and externally

Desired Skills and Experience

While one size doesn’t fit all, here’s a quick rundown of some of the skills we’re looking for:

• Calm under pressure and able to think quickly on your feet
• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Internet Savvy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule and willing to work on-call
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive
• 4+ years of Executive Assistance Experience
• Able to work in a team environment
