About the Opportunity
WeWork is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Development & Sales Leaders on our US & Canada team. You will report directly to our Head of Leasing, USC and support administrative aspects of their daily needs including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage complex calendars
Assist with travel arrangements and monthly expense reporting
Coordinate meeting preparation and compile and distribute thorough meeting notes with clear action items and owners
Collaborate with HR team to ensure needs are met and internal Workday approval processes are being followed
General assistance to the territory leadership team as needed
Special projects as assigned

About You

Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations a plus
BA / BS or equivalent
Minimum 1+ year work experience in a related field or role
**Please note this role is based in our NYC office 5 days per week.**
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $25 - $33 per hour
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k matching; and life and AD&D insurance.
