Executive Director, Pricing & Contracting

- Design and execute U.S. pricing and contracting strategies, including WAC positioning, discount structures, and long-term pricing frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory environments.
- Develop and implement innovative contracting models such as value-based or outcomes-based agreements to optimize payer and PBM access.
- Lead gross-to-net (GTN) forecasting, accrual processes, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial planning and revenue transparency.
- Oversee end-to-end contract administration, including rebate validation, membership/class-of-trade controls, and system implementation.
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. government pricing requirements, including AMP, ASP, Best Price, Medicaid, and 340B reporting obligations.
- Lead the U.S. Pricing Committee, driving cross-functional alignment on pricing decisions and commercial strategy.
- Partner with Finance, Market Access, and Brand teams to evaluate contract performance, ROI, and market access effectiveness.
- Monitor and interpret policy and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable commercial and pricing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pricing and contracting organization with strong governance and accountability standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 8+ years in pricing, contracting, or market access leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in U.S. payer, PBM, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and 340B regulatory frameworks.
- Deep experience with gross-to-net modeling, government pricing, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to translate complex policy and regulatory changes (e.g., IRA) into commercial strategy.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making skills in highly regulated environments.
- Experience in oncology or rare disease markets strongly preferred.
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with senior-level strategic leadership responsibilities.
- Competitive base salary range of $239,000 – $316,000, with eligibility for short-term and long-term incentives
