Executive Producer

In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multidisciplinary initiatives while ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and seamless collaboration across creative and technical teams.
- Lead integrated projects across brand, digital, marketing, and campaign work from kickoff through final delivery.
- Serve as the senior day-to-day client partner, managing communication, expectations, and difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.
- Own project operations including intake, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, timelines, and scope management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, writing, and technology to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, creating clear mitigation paths.
- Lead internal and external status meetings, planning sessions, and prioritization efforts to maintain delivery health.
- Balance hands-on production responsibilities with leadership oversight as projects and teams scale.
- Support the development of scalable production processes and operational frameworks to improve long-term delivery efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all deliverables while maintaining focus on timelines and business objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in executive production, project management, or delivery leadership across digital, brand, or integrated work.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects including websites, brand systems, campaigns, and cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong expertise in production operations including budgeting, forecasting, resourcing, intake, and project planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning creative, strategy, writing, and technology disciplines.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, pressure, and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing retainers or ongoing client relationships is a strong advantage.
- Ability to translate between disciplines and maintain alignment across diverse teams and workflows.
- Comfortable operating in both strategic leadership and hands-on production execution roles.
- Curiosity around emerging tools and technologies, including AI, with a thoughtful approach to applying them in production workflows.
- Contract rate: $78–$100 per hour (W2)
