Facility Manager - Gurugram

Leads end-to-end facility operations including maintenance, vendor management, safety, security, and project support.
About the Position:
A progressive, dynamic and solutions-oriented manager with experience and expertise in Facilities Management, Technical Maintenance, Security, Vendor Management, Team management and General Administration. The right candidate would have sound technical knowledge with the ability to understand functioning of basic electrical, HVAC, networking equipment etc.
Overall Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for maintaining the entire facilities of the hub. The scope of responsibilities will include:
- Soft Services- Cleaning services, Pest control, Cafeteria management etc.
- Technical Services- Maintenance of equipment, AMCs, PPMs etc.
- Vendor Management- Managing vendors and staff, liaising with the vendor supervisors and management to get the best services, invoicing, measuring SLAs/KPIs
- Environment, Health & Safety- Implementing processes with a view to provide a safe and healthy office environment; managing Fire safety systems, FSSAI, Emergency response etc.
- Security – Manage aspects of physical security, CCTV, Access Control systems, Visitor Management
- Procurement- Manage supply and inventory of consumables, housekeeping materials, stationery, billing, invoicing, payments etc.
- Compliance- Ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, labour regulations, ESI, PF etc.
- Liaison – Managing relationships with landlord, municipal authorities, fire, labour and other statutory bodies

Projects- Support the Projects team in building new hubs, revamps, renovations
Documentation- Manage all records and documents for facilities, inventory management, visitor management etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 10 years’ experience in Facilities management; IPC/IFM background
- Bachelors’ degree from a recognized college/university
- Ability and experience in managing and leading vendor staff
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in both English and local language
- Presentation skills- Ability to conduct team meetings, make presentations/reports
- Computer Skills- MS Office, Windows, Basic Networking/IT skills
